Conference Sessions:
Over the following 4 days, between the 28th  April and May 1st action researches will host online events in their local communities. Individuals groups can reach an international audience with the results of the own research. By sharing your sessions with participants from our network of 32 countries, we can enjoy lively discussions about common challenges that we tackle in vary different settings. 
 
If you would like to present an online session, all you need to do is to organise a local online network activity, make it accessible for others to join, and send details to info@carn.org.uk

Student Ambassador National Programme on Child Protection - 2024

The “Student Ambassador National Programme” is a unique programme organized by National Child Protection Authority in collaboration with Ministry of Education to develop knowledge, skills & attitudes of senior school prefects on child protection. 

This programme will prepare school prefects to take the leadership to stabilize child protection in schools with the support of prefect board. National Child Protection Authority wishes to make present Sri Lankan children sensitive on child protection & make them responsible citizens with leadership through this programme.

54 தேசிய பாடசாலைகளுக்கு அதிபர்களை நியமிப்பதில் சிக்கல் - கல்வி அமைச்சர்

அரச சேவைகள் ஆணைக்குழுவின் செயற்பாடு காரணமாக 54 தேசிய பாடசாலைகளுக்கு அதிபர்களை நியமிக்க முடியாத நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாக கல்வி அமைச்சர் சுசில் பிரேம் ஜயந்த தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 

ஓய்வு பெற்ற நபர்களை சுயாதீன ஆணைக்குழுக்களுக்கு நியமிப்பதன் மூலம் அதன் பணி வினைத்திறனற்றதாக மாறியுள்ளதாக அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இது தொடர்பில் அமைச்சர் மேலும் தெரிவித்ததாவது, 

54 அதிபர் நியமனம் தொடர்பாக நாம் 06 மாதங்களாக முயற்சித்து வருகிறோம். ஆனால் பொதுச்சேவை ஆணைக்குழு அதற்கு இன்னமும் அங்கீகாரம் வழங்கவில்லை. இந்த சுயாதீன ஆணைக் குழுக்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டாலும் ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்களை அதற்கு நியமிப்பதன் மூலம் இந்த பிரச்சினைக்கு தீர்வு காண முடியாது. இது தொடர்பாக விரைவில் பாராளுமன்றத்தில் விசேட உரை ஒன்றை ஆற்றவுள்ளேன். நாம் அனுமதி கேட்டு ஆறு மாதங்கள் ஆகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு வாரமும் அனுமதி தருகிறோம் என கூறுகின்றனர். ஆனால் அனுமதி தருவதில்லை. இப்படியான சுயாதீன ஆணை குழுக்கள் எவ்வளவு தோல்வியில் இருக்கின்றன என்பதை பாருங்கள் என்று தெரிவித்தார். 

இதே வேளை உயர்தர பரீட்சை பெறுபேறுகள் தொடர்பிலும் கருத்துக்களை வெளியிட்டார். 

அதாவது, சாதாரண தர பரீட்சை ஆரம்பிப்பதற்கு முன்னர் உயர்தர பரீட்சை பெறுபேறுகளை வெளியிட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும். உயர்தர வினாத்தாள்கள் இன்னும் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது. பெப்ரவரி இறுதிக்குள் அந்தப் பணிகள் நிறைவடையும். பிரயோக பரீட்சைகளும் இடம்பெற உள்ளன. இவை அனைத்தும் நிறைவடைந்ததன் பின்னர் உயர்தர பரீட்சை பெறுபேறுகள் வெளியிடப்படும் என அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

2023 ம் வருடத்திற்குரிய சாதாரண தர பரீட்சை மற்றும் 2024 ஆம் வருடத்திற்குரிய உயர்தர பரீட்சை தொடர்பில் கல்வி அமைச்சர் சுசில் பிரேம் ஜாயந்த கல்வி அமைச்சில் இடம்பெற்ற ஊடகவியலாளர் சந்திப்பின்போது கருத்துக்களை தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 
 
அதாவது 2023 ஆம் வருடத்திற்குரிய சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சை எதிர்வரும் மே- ஜூன் மாதங்களில் இடம்பெறும் எனவும் 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான உயர்தர பரீட்சை எதிர்வரும் டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் நடத்த தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 
 
இதே வேளை 2025 ஆம் வருடத்திற்கான புதிய கல்வி ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 2ஆம் திகதி ஆரம்பமாகும் எனவும் அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.

NEMIS – THRM App இலங்கையில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தேசிய கல்வி முகாமைத்துவ முறைமையின் (National Education Management System - NEMIS) கீழ் ஆசிரியர் மனித வள முகாமைத்துவ (Teacher Human Resource Management - THRM) அமைப்பு என பெயரிடப்பட்ட தகவல் அமைப்பை அமைப்பதற்கு கல்வி அமைச்சு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது. 
 
அரசாங்கப் பாடசாலைகள், விசேட கல்விப் பாடசாலைகள், தனியார் பாடசாலைகள் மற்றும் பிரிவேனாக்களில் இலங்கை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சேவையை வழங்குவதே இந்த முறைமையாகும். 
 
ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியரின் தரவு உள்ளீடு ஆசிரியர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கோப்புகளின் தகவல்களின் அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர் பணியாற்றும் அந்தந்த வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகத்தால் செய்யப்படுகிறது. பணியாளர் தர அதிகாரியின் மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ், வலயங்களில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கோப்புகளை கையாளும் அந்தந்த அதிகாரிகளால் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட தரவாகும். 
 
பயன்பாட்டில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள எந்த தகவலும் துல்லியமாக இல்லாவிட்டால் அல்லது புதுப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டியிருந்தால், இந்த பயன்பாட்டில் உள்ள ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள் பட்டியலில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அந்தந்த வலய NEMIS ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும். கணினியில் புதுப்பித்த தகவலை வைத்திருப்பதும் ஆசிரியரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
