"2048 ஆம் ஆண்டில் முழுமையாக அபிவிருத்தி அடைந்த இலங்கை" என்ற தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வைக்கு இணங்க தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை கட்டமைப்பு வரைவு இத்துடன் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. கல்வித் துறையில் மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கான கொள்கை கோட்பாடுகள் இதில் உள்ளன. 

பொதுமக்கள் என்ற வகையில் இந்த தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை கட்டமைப்பு தொடர்பான உங்களது கருத்துக்களையும் ஆலோசனைகளையும் பின்வரும் முறைகள் மூலம் கல்வி அமைச்சுக்கு அனுப்பலாம்.

அஸ்வெசும திட்டத்தில் புதிய பயனாளர்களை இணைத்துக் கொள்வதற்காக நாளை (10) முதல் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படும் என பதில் நிதி அமைச்சர் ஷெஹான் சேமசிங்க தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 
 
பல்வேறு தரப்பினரிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட ஆலோசனைகளின் அடிப்படையில், பயனாளிகளை தெரிவு செய்வதில் கருத்திற் கொள்ளப்பட்ட சில நிபந்தனைகளை திருத்தவும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
 
இதற்கு முன்னர் குடும்பங்களை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க பயன்படுத்திய விதிமுறைகளின் அடிப்படையில் யாராவது இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க முடியாமல் போயிருந்தால் அவர்களும் நாளை முதல் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். 4 லட்சம் புதிய பயனாளிகளை தெரிவு செய்வதற்காகவே நாளை முதல் விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.

NEMIS – THRM App இலங்கையில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தேசிய கல்வி முகாமைத்துவ முறைமையின் (National Education Management System - NEMIS) கீழ் ஆசிரியர் மனித வள முகாமைத்துவ (Teacher Human Resource Management - THRM) அமைப்பு என பெயரிடப்பட்ட தகவல் அமைப்பை அமைப்பதற்கு கல்வி அமைச்சு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது. 
 
அரசாங்கப் பாடசாலைகள், விசேட கல்விப் பாடசாலைகள், தனியார் பாடசாலைகள் மற்றும் பிரிவேனாக்களில் இலங்கை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சேவையை வழங்குவதே இந்த முறைமையாகும். 
 
ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியரின் தரவு உள்ளீடு ஆசிரியர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கோப்புகளின் தகவல்களின் அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர் பணியாற்றும் அந்தந்த வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகத்தால் செய்யப்படுகிறது. பணியாளர் தர அதிகாரியின் மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ், வலயங்களில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கோப்புகளை கையாளும் அந்தந்த அதிகாரிகளால் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட தரவாகும். 
 
பயன்பாட்டில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள எந்த தகவலும் துல்லியமாக இல்லாவிட்டால் அல்லது புதுப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டியிருந்தால், இந்த பயன்பாட்டில் உள்ள ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள் பட்டியலில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அந்தந்த வலய NEMIS ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும். கணினியில் புதுப்பித்த தகவலை வைத்திருப்பதும் ஆசிரியரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
